Shipping Policy
Shipping
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation via email. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local pickup
You can skip shipping fees with free local pickup in Varberg or Stockholm. After you place your order and select local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 2 to 4 business days. We will email you when your order is ready with instructions.
Our local pickup times are 10–15, Mon–Fri. Please bring your email order confirmation with you when you arrive.
International shipping
We offer international shipping. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) that occur when a shipment reaches your destination country. Nordic Making AB is not responsible for these fees; they are your responsibility as a customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nordicmaking.se with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.
Shipping to a PO box
Some carriers have restrictions on shipping to PO boxes.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in original condition, and we refund the entire order amount minus return shipping costs.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@nordicmaking.se with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work toward a satisfactory solution.
